Fashion Freelancers (“we”, “our”, “us”, “the Platform”) is a professional networking and talent matchmaking platform for the fashion industry, operated by:

• Profile type (model, photographer, stylist, agency, brand, retailer)
• Year of birth (for age verification)

2.2 Professional profile (talent users)

• Full name, professional alias
• Phone number (optional)
• Location (city, country) — not exact address
• Nationality, spoken languages
• Profile photos, portfolio images, video reels
• Physical measurements: height, weight, bust, chest, waist, hips, inseam, shoe size, dress size, neck, sleeve length
• Physical attributes: eye color, hair color & type & length, skin tone, ethnicity
• Skills, special abilities, sports
• Social media handles & follower counts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitch, Snapchat, BeReal)
• Verification status documents (for verified talents only)

2.3 Activity data

• Profile views, search queries, favorites/likes
• Casting & job applications, messages exchanged
• Feed posts, comments
• Login times, devices, IP address
• Browser type and language

2.4 Business users (agencies, brands)

• Company name, registration number, address
• Contact person’s name, title, email, phone
• Posted castings, jobs, lookbooks
• Communications with talents

We never sell your data. We share it only with:

6.1 Platform users (visible by design)

• Your public profile (name, photos, measurements, skills, social handles) is visible to other platform users by default. You can set fields to private in your settings.
• Agencies & brands you apply to receive your full profile.

6.2 Sub-processors (data processors)

Each sub-processor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with GDPR Art. 28 and Israeli equivalent obligations.

6.3 Legal requirements

We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, our users’ safety, or to prevent fraud.

7. International transfers

Your data is primarily stored in Israel. Some sub-processors (Cloudflare, Google, OpenAI) process data in the United States. For these transfers we rely on:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission
• EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the provider is DPF-certified)
• Adequate safeguards under Israeli Privacy Regulations 2001 (transfers from Israel)

Under GDPR (EU residents), CCPA (California), and Israeli Privacy Law:

• Right to erasure / right to be forgotten (Art. 17) — delete your data
• Right to portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in JSON format
• Right to restrict processing (Art. 18)
• Right to object (Art. 21) — opt out of marketing or profiling
• Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3))
• Right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (see Section 15)

Exercise any right at: privacy@fashion-freelancers.com or in your account dashboard. We respond within 30 days (extendable to 90 days for complex requests).

11. Minors (16-18)

We allow registration from age 16. Users aged 16-17 must have parental or legal guardian consent, documented at registration. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor under 16 has registered, contact us immediately at privacy@fashion-freelancers.com and we will delete the account.

For minors 16-17, certain features (direct messaging, public profile visibility) may be restricted by default and require parental confirmation.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures:

• TLS 1.3 encryption in transit (HTTPS site-wide)
• Encrypted password storage (bcrypt with WordPress salt)
• Encrypted database backups
• Multi-layer defense: WAF (Cloudflare), bot protection, rate limiting
• Access controls: principle of least privilege, audit logs
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Incident response plan documented and tested

13. Data breach notification

If a data breach occurs that may pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:

• Notify the relevant Data Protection Authority within 72 hours (GDPR Art. 33 / Israeli Privacy Law Amendment 13)
• Notify affected users without undue delay when the breach is likely to result in high risk (GDPR Art. 34)
• Document the breach internally for accountability

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Previous versions are archived and available on request.

1. Qui sommes-nous

Fashion Freelancers est une plateforme de networking professionnel et de matchmaking de talents pour l’industrie de la mode, opérée par NY Technologies, Tel Aviv, Israël. Contact : privacy@fashion-freelancers.com.

2. Données collectées

Données d’identité (email, nom, mot de passe chiffré), profil professionnel (photos, mensurations, compétences, langues, réseaux sociaux), activité (vues, candidatures, messages), données techniques (IP, navigateur). Certaines données sont sensibles au sens du RGPD Art. 9 (photos de visage, données biométriques) et de la Privacy Law israélienne Amendment 13 : nous les traitons uniquement avec votre consentement explicite.

3. Finalités du traitement

Gestion de votre compte, matching talents-opportunités, communications, sécurité, conformité légale, amélioration du service (analytics agrégées). Pas de vente de données. Pas de prise de décision automatisée au sens de l’Art. 22 RGPD.

4. Bases légales

Exécution du contrat (Art. 6(1)(b)), intérêt légitime (Art. 6(1)(f) — sécurité), consentement explicite (Art. 6(1)(a) + Art. 9(2)(a) pour données sensibles), obligation légale (Art. 6(1)(c)).

5. Conservation

Pendant la durée de votre compte. Suppression sous 90 jours après clôture. Logs anti-fraude jusqu’à 24 mois. Logs de consentement marketing : 5 ans (loi anti-spam IL).

6. Partage des données

Visibilité publique du profil aux autres utilisateurs (modifiable). Sous-traitants : Hostinger (hébergement), Cloudflare (CDN/WAF), Google Gemini (IA), OpenAI, Meta WhatsApp, Postmark/SendGrid (emails). Tous sous DPA conforme RGPD Art. 28.

7. Transferts internationaux

Stockage principal en Israël. Certains sous-traitants en USA (Cloudflare, Google, OpenAI) avec Clauses Contractuelles Types et/ou EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Cookies

Cookies essentiels (authentification, sécurité Cloudflare) sans consentement. Cookies analytics et marketing : opt-in via le banner. Préférences modifiables à tout moment.

9. Traitement IA (transparence AI Act Art. 50)

L’IA est utilisée pour : (1) scorer la pertinence profil-casting (avis consultatif, décision humaine finale) ; (2) analyse automatique d’images (attributs auto-extraits modifiables) ; (3) modération de contenu ; (4) suggestions de bio (sur opt-in, modifiable). Pas d’utilisation de vos données pour entraîner des modèles tiers.

10. Vos droits

Accès, rectification, effacement, portabilité, limitation, opposition, retrait du consentement, plainte auprès de l’autorité (en France : CNIL). Demandes à privacy@fashion-freelancers.com. Réponse sous 30 jours.

11. Mineurs

Âge minimum : 16 ans. Entre 16 et 17 ans : consentement parental requis. Pas de collecte connue en dessous de 16 ans. Contactez-nous si vous suspectez une inscription non conforme.

12. Sécurité

TLS 1.3, mots de passe chiffrés bcrypt, sauvegardes chiffrées, WAF Cloudflare, audits réguliers, plan de réponse incident documenté.

13. Violation de données

Notification CNIL/autorité concernée sous 72h, notification utilisateurs si risque élevé (RGPD Art. 33-34).

14. Modifications

Notification par email aux utilisateurs enregistrés 30 jours avant prise d’effet pour les changements substantiels.
